Prerequisites for pairing a Zoom Room with the Zoom desktop client
How to enable pairing on the Zoom desktop client. Zoom Rooms controllers, scheduling displays, web-based controllers, Zoom app desktop controllers, iOS/Android mobile device controllers, and paired Zoom desktop and mobile clients do not count against this limit, as they have their own, separate limits. Zoom Rooms support pairing any number of user clients. You can only pair with Zoom Rooms that are on the same account as the user signed-in to the desktop client. 
Pairing is not available once the meeting is started or joined.
The Zoom desktop client must be paired with the Zoom Room first, before being able to pass a meeting to the paired Zoom Room.
